Come join us for a fun-filled summer! Rated one of the cleanest lakes in New Hampshire, Lake Armington is located in the foothills of the White Mountains in Piermont, New Hampshire. The Lake has loons, ducks & fishing (stocked) (you can purchase a license in nearby Warren, NH). In addition to the lake, you can enjoy all of the fun things to do in New Hampshire's White Mountains & Lakes Region, as well as local activities & weekly events such as fairs, church suppers and more! Lake Armington is located 2.75 hours by car from Boston, and 5.5 hours from New York.

Cottage 4 features 4 Bedrooms, 1.5 Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Large Loft (w/ Pool/Ping Pong), Large Balcony, Full Porch and more.

Cottage 4 has a microwave, stove, fridge with freezer, gas grill, DVD player, telephone, TV, dial-up Internet connection, and pool/ping pong table.

Cottage 4 has a sandy beach with a gentle slope. There are 2 kayaks and 1 canoe as well as life vests available for use. There is also a campfire area for your enjoyment.

We generally, do not provide linens or towels. Please ask if you need these items provided.

Rate:
Spring and Fall Week Night - $175/Night + 9% Tax (2 Nights Minimum)
Spring and Fall Weekend Night - $250/Night + 9% Tax (2 Nights Minimum)
Holiday Night - $300/Night + 9% tax(3 Nights Minimum)
April 25 - June 23 - $1,050/Week + 9% Tax
June 23 - September 2 - $1,640/Week + 9% Tax
September 2 - October 31 - $1,125/Week + 9% Tax

Tax:
A 9% NH rooms tax is required by NH state law.

Payment Policy:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation, and the remaining 50% 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Deposits sent by mail must be received within 1 week to hold the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation 30 days or more prior to the check-in date, the deposit will be forfeit, unless the cabin is able to be rented for the same period. If the cabin is rerented for the same period, all but $50 will be refunded when funds are secured from the new renters.

In the event of a cancellation 29 days or fewer prior to the check-in date, the entire price will be forfeit, unless the cabin is able to be rented for the same period. If the cabin is rerented for the same period, all but $50 will be refunded when funds are secured from the new renters.
