With 3 bedrooms in the main house and an additional bed in the carriage house, this house comfortably sleeps 12-14. The master bedroom offers a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen. There is also a double bed and twin/trundle in the third bedroom. There are also two built-in bunkbeds.  The carriage house offers a king bed.

This location is ideal! This property is one block from the new lake district pool, which is a favorite among WaterColor guests. You can also take a bike ride over to the other WaterColor pools, playground, and Beach Club.
