Shopping, nearby supermarkets, all popular fast foods and restaurants, plus Lakeland Square Mall, all less than 10 minutes away.  All theme parks are only 40 - 50 minute drive.  Orlando and Tampa airports are just 50 minutes.  Clearwater beach is approx 60 minutes drive.  Nearest Interstate - I.4 is 4 miles away.  This is a very central location for everything available but also a chance to get away from the crowds.
