By The Bay Vacation Rental (Special Rates) in Suttons Bay

This home is located in Leelanau County, on the northern edge of the Village of Suttons Bay on 100 foot of private waterfront with a dock.  It's nestled in a back-drop of cedars and other trees, in a rather private setting, with a beautiful view of the Bay, the Village Marina Harbor, beach, and across the Bay is Stoney Point.  It is within walking distance to the Village.

The home is very cozy and comfortable, with 1 1/2 baths and a separate walk- in shower stall.  It has a nice large living area, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 9), a utility room with washer/dryer, a walk-out basement with a cement patio with a table, chairs, grill and facing the water.  There is also an attached 2-car garage.

There is cable tv, and a DVD player in the living room for your enjoyment and relaxation.  The Village Library is just a short walk should you wish to grab a good book to relax with!

This home is completely furnished with towels, bed linens, pots, pans, dishes etc.

The Village Harbor Marina and public beach are 1 block away.  Feel free to bring your boat--there is ample space to park it on the property or it can be moored right in front of the house.  There is a public boat launch just north of the property.

In the Village, you can enjoy walking or  biking the TART Trail ( Traverse Area Recreational Trail.)  This is a paved trail through the woods and over the streams that runs for many miles.  (15 miles to Traverse City).

Tennis courts are located just blocks away in the Village.

There is an Urgent Care Center and 2 Pharmacies in the Village, along with many unique shops, artisan galleries, theatre, grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc.  Munson Medical Center/Hospital is about 30 minutes away in Traverse City.

There are also several golf courses in the area: Leelanau Club at Bahle Farms,  Suttons Bay, and Sugar Loaf Old Course, near Sugarloaf Mountain, 30 minutes away.

Many churches of varied denominations located in the Village.

We ask that there be no pets and that smokers refrain from smoking in the home.

--Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park (40 minutes away), is a great and unique place to visit! Don't miss it!

--Leelanau Sands Casino is just 4 miles north of the Village, if you are feeling lucky during your visit to our area.

$500.00 refundable, Reservation/Damage Deposit.  This deposit is due within 5 days of booking to reserve your dates, with the full rental amount due 14 days prior to arrival.  Any cancellation within 14 days of arrival, will forfeit monies paid, unless property can be re-rented for that time period.

On-line calendar reflects the last night of occupancy.

Weekly rentals are normally 4:00pm Saturday until 10:00am the following Saturday.  Feel free to talk to us if this does not fit your schedule.

We do rent by the night in the off-season. Please inquire if you are interested in nightly rentals.
