This historic Bonita Springs vacation home was built in the 1950's and is set in a peaceful secluded and private little community within the heart of Old Bonita Springs.

This is a beautiful canal front home located only 3 miles front Bonita Beach, Lovers Key and Barefoot Beach State Park. The holiday house is set in lush greenery, steps from our communal boat dock where you can enjoy fishing in the Imperial River, or kayaking all the way to Estero Bay and the wildlife reserves!

Our Bonita holiday house is the perfect retreat for 4 persons, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a large dining/kitchen area and a front and back covered porch.

Available year round for weekly and montly rentals.

Our furnished holiday let offers lots of light and a comfortable sense of space. With a real attention to details and providing plush and comfortable furnishings, our Florida vacation house is sheltered in a decor of greenery and serene colors.

Each bedroom provides a Queen size bed. A fully equipped cottage like kitchen is at your disposal for your cooking inspiration during your holiday in our lovely house. The kitchen is equipped with diningware and cooking ware for 6 persons.

For a quiet night at home, an entertainment center which comprises a color TV, a DVD player as well as a CD player/Radio and IPOD connection is also available. We have WIFI Internet at your disposal so just bring your laptop! We also provide a small collection of films. Our telephone lets you call in the USA and Canada for free.

Located 3 miles from the first beach ; Bonita Beach, it also within less than 15 min away from Vanderbilt beach, Lovers Key state park ideal for shelling, Fort Myers Beach, Wiggins pass state park and Estero river park.

Sun and Fun lagoon is a huge waterpark ideal for the family with water slides, toddler pool, lazy river and family pool within 15 min drive.

The flea markets of Fort Myers are about 20 min drive.

If you wish to spend the day on the East coast in Fort Lauderdale or Miami, take the Highway 75 and you are there within 2 hours.

Meet the Aligators in the Everglades parks, go shopping on upscale 5th Avenue, watch the sunset and the dolphin from the terrasse of Ritz hotel's Gumbo Limbo on Vanderbilt beach or just relax at home, fishing on the pier, canoeing on the river or enjoying the sunny courtyard.

We have a minimum booking policy of 7 nights.
