A large sliding door opens into a nicely landscaped patio complete with patio table and chairs and a small putting green. Keep cool during the summer with overhanging misters.

The living room includes a wall mounted 37 inch HDTV with built in DVD player, a full size sofa bed and loveseat with matching furniture. Other extras include linens and towels, an iron and ironing board, blow dryer, tennis rackets, a golf putter and an assortment of books, DVDs and games.

All utilities, cable TV service, wireless internet, a carport and guest parking are included.
