Enjoy a wildlife wonderland!  Our home is located on Sleepy Lagoon - not on a canal.  You can swim off the dock or kayak 300 yards to the Big Spring in Kings Bay.  Tie your boat right up to the private dock. A two person kayak is included and avaliable to use.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and floor to ceiling windows which reflect the light from the water.  The kids bedroom is set up like a sleeping porch with two bunkbeds both include a double on the bottom and a single on the top - so that room sleeps six!   In the living room, there is a queen size pull out sofa bed. There are two televisions with cable and DVD. 

There are two full baths, one with a tub and quality towels are included! The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized appliances.  The dining room seats eight.  There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room.

A John Boat is also avaliable for you to rent at an extra charge.  Call for rates.

In addition to the Big Spring, Three Sister Springs and two marinas are just minutes away. Crystal River has great fishing, kayaking, scuba/snorkeling and many other water activities. You are within walking distance of a restaraunt, dive shop, boat rental, outside sunset bar, a national park and just 3 blocks from the closest grocery store. Crystal River has many nice restraunts, little shops, golf courses, a bowling alley, as well as a mall and an 8-plex movie theater and so much more.

Orlando and Tampa are each about an hour's drive away.
