Loft 2c is a corner apartment with lots of windows and steel french doors that open up to quiet, leafy back yards. The 11 foot ceilings make the bright, 700 sq ft apartment feel much larger. Recently renovated, the apartment brings together our love for modern clean lines and hand-crafted antiques.

The open kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and poured concrete countertops, lets you enjoy the spaciousness of the living room.

The bathroom features modern white porcelain and chrome fixtures, slate gray and white glass tiling, and a jacuzzi tub.

The bedroom, separated from the rest of the space by a solid wood pocket door, features a queen size bed, a window overlooking backyards and a large horizontal frosted glass transom window which filters in light from the living room.

Perfect for kids or visiting friends, the half-height loft area is a cozy second bedroom. The full size mattress sleeps two. The steps up are a bit steep, so this is not ideal for older visitors, but our friends sleep here all the time.

Just a 15 minute subway ride from downtown Manhattan, Carroll Garden's historic tree lined brownstone streets are the perfect home base for a New York City adventure.
