The downstairs level is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit with a beautiful beach view patio. This portion of the beach does not have the boardwalk so it is very private and allows the little ones to play on a semi-private beach.
Upstairs is a 3 bedroom 1 bath unit with a panoramic 360 degree view of the fishing boats leaving the bay, OceanBeach Pier and Ocean.
The duplex property is rented as one 5 bedroom unit for the ultimate private party / multi family / friend expeience. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs.
