Vacation Rental Amenities

Premises have two pool areas with jacuzzies plus workout facility. 
Close approximate to SR51 highway, I17, and the 101 Freeway, downtown, airport 20min.
Hiking trails, shopping and dining. Close to Paradise Valley Mall, Scottsdale Fashion Square, 
Biltmore. Perfect location.
Airport pick up/drop off available.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available for weekly rental in the month of April and May.

2weeks-$900 
3weeks-$1200 
1 month-$1500 
Security deposit: 25% of rental amount paid in certified funds one week prior to arrival. 
Cleaning deposit: $150( 50% refundable at the time of leave)
Damage deposit: $500(100% refundable at the time of leave
