Saconesset Hills Getaway in Falmouth

Lovely little cape less than  a five minute walk to one of Cape Cod's most beautiful private beaches. Private patio, and grill  off the back door. The  newly extended Sea to Shining Seabike path runs less than a quarter of a mile from the home. Hop on your bike in the morning and ride to Woods Hole for breakfast or to West Falmouth or even North Falmouth for lunch or an early dinner without riding on any major road! Wonderful kayaking froom private beach!  First floor bedroom with twin beds and half bath allows privacy for company or relatives. Master bedroom upstairs has private deck. Guest room with twin beds also upstairs. Many books, games, and puzzles are available in the cottage for family entertainment.

Flat screen HD Cable tv, phone, high speed internet are all included with this gem of a home located within one of Cape Cod's most prestigious private developments. Washer and dryer,  as well as outside private laundry area are included for your comfort. Shower and bathe inside or wash off that sand in our outside garage shower. Comes complete with beach chairs and a rolling buggy to carry your things to the sandy beach. Lovely private yard with parking for you and your friends. Golf courses nearby. Please bring your own towels and linens.3 adult bikes ( 2 cruisers-male and female and one 21 speed-female)  as well as a one person ocean kayak-come with the property) for use on the 10 mile bikepath and surrounding inlets! Kayak storage on the Saconesset Beach!

In addition to the bike path and the fantastic beach complete with inlet for exploring during high or low tide, the town of Falmouth is only a few miles away.  The lovely Highfield Theatre, evening movies on the common, an old fashioned mainstreet, beautiful library, restaurants, and shoppes galore beckon all visitors and natives.  Woods Hole, complete with its free aquariium and outside seal exhibit, is home to the famous Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and  one of the most scenic harbors in the world.  From there boats leave almost hourly for Martha's Vineyard. Perhaps you'll see some movie stars or famous politicians vacationing there! In our little community, the children help organize a fourth of July parade, giving the whole family a chance to celebrate.
