This property is beautifully located 1/2 block from the gorgeous beach of South Padre Island. The unit has been recently remodeled and each room has been beautifully furnished. The master bedroom comes with a king bed and full bath. It also has cable TV and Dvd player. There is a downstairs bedroom as well that has a queen bed, full bath, and cable TV with DVD player. There is a great view of the ocean from the balcony on the second floor. The unit is also equiped with everything you need in the kitchen. (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full supply of pots and pans etc.)

The unit has a completely private pool that only the renters of this unit can use. There is also a very large game room downstairs that has a pool table, stereo, and cable TV. It also has a sitting area as well as a day bed for sleeping. There are three full baths in the unit. One for each bedroom and one just off the kitchen. There are four TV's in the unit that all have cable and three are also equiped with DVD players.
