Gothic House in Perdido Key

The Gothic House is located on Perdido Key, a white quartz sand barrier island 30 minutes from downtown Pensacola and 15 minutes from Gulf Shores, Alabama.  The Travel Channel rated Perdido Key as one of the 20 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World.

The exterior is a replica of a house built in the northeast around 1900.  This house was built in 1979 and has weathered several hurricanes.  The open spaces, gulf breezes, shaded porch and gazebo, and being just a few feet from the water make for a unique experience.  The house has charm and character, resulting in a one-of-a-kind holiday.

Four bedrooms - one with queen bed, one with standard full bed, two with twin beds - sleeps 8.  Eight is the absolute maximum number of people allowed, no exceptions.

The Perdido Key State Park is less than one mile away.  The Gulf Islands National Seashore covers about 5 miles on the east end of the island and has protected dunes and wildlife.

Fishing, sailing, boating, shelling, jet skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, many water activities are available in/on the Gulf.

Nearby are golf, outlet shopping, antique shops, cinemas, the Navy Museum, restaurants, and fresh seafood markets.
