Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Jaco and a great surf beach. Surrounded by mountains and pasture land, this property allows you to re-connect with nature. Wake to the sound of tropical birds while looking at tree covered mountains from your bed. Scarlet macaws frequently fly up and down the valley.
Relax on the patio in rocking chairs made out of local wood, and watch the fireflies at night.

Fully furnished with double beds in each room. Extra beds available upon request ($50/weekly rate). Kitchen has a refridgerator, stove and microwave, as well as a complete set of dishes, pots & pans and utinsels. 5 gallon crystal water bottle w/dispenser provided in kitchen (1 bottle provided per rental). Bathrooms are furnished with TP, towels, hand soap.
House has ceiling fans in all rooms. Teak rafters accent the custom paint throughout the home.
Property manager available next door for assistance, if needed (no extra charge).
