directly on the ocean with 400 feet of beautiful sandy beach in Sunny

DIRECT OCEAN FRONT view of the beach and the bay front, Located just
minutes from famous South Beach, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops,
Lincoln Road, theatres, grocery stores, nightclubs and world famous
restaurants.

Sleeps 4 , 1 bathroom , children OK , NO smoking , air-conditioning ,
including internet , Designer decorated. Ocean Terrace Restaurant,
Poolside Tiki Bar and Grill, Pizzeria, Sports Bar, beauty salon, air
conditioning, cable tv, WIFI Free Internet,new kitchenette, 24 hour Valet parking,
concierge and 24 hr security. Towels, bed
linens, and service for 4 are provided with the added convenience of
a laundry room on the hotel premises. .

Rates are based upon  a minimum  weekly rental of 7 days/ 6 nights @ $999 per week + 13% Tax;  Rates are negotiable when reservations are for more than one month.

A non refundable Condominium Application fee of $99.00 is required for a Hotel
Identification Card which is to be used for all guest amenities.

** You are RESPONSIBLE for any damage to the condo *** All I ask is you please treat it as if it were your own home.

** Advance payment is required in U.S. currency in the form of
Cashier's check or money order and must be received 7 days before
arrival date.
