Vacation Rental Description

D!sney is a 15 minute drive from the resort so come and enjoy your Florida vacation in our 4-bedroom 
and 3-bathroom town home located at the beautiful 4-star Regal Palms 
Resort and Spa at Highland's Reserve.  Our Regal Palms town home is 
located in the first phase of the town homes and is near the pool 
area.  It will sleep 10 people comfortably and has all the amenities 
of home including a fully equipped kitchen.  Every bedroom has a TV 
and a DVD player.  The town home includes free high speed wireless 
internet, 2 in-room safes, iron & ironing board, vacuum, high chair, 
baby gate and hair dryers.  The town home also has a 
washer & dryer.  

Regal Palms Resort at Highland's Reserve is a newer resort with many 
spectacular features including a 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with 
2 heated pools, lazy river, waterslide, kiddie pool and children's 
playground.  There is a clubhouse with a 24 hour check-in and 
business center.  The clubhouse has a restaurant, sports bar and 
game room.  While there enjoy the Regal Palms Spa and Health club 
which has everything you need to either exercise or unwind.  Regal 
Palms provides a conmplimentary shuttle to Disney World, if you need 
transportation to other parks, please ask guest relations at the 
resort.  Within walking distance of the resort is a 
Publix grocery store and nearby are many restaurants and stores.

All guests are required to pay the $10/day plus tax resort fee upon 
check-in.
