It is very charming and comfortable.
This is a work in progress.
We are still working on the yard (gardening), but the patio and pool more than make up for it.
The pool was just redone (we do have our priorities).
The reason the price is lower than most is that we still need to finish up a few things.
Mostly the yard, but we want to repaint rooms as we go. That's why it's discounted for now! Note: the front yard has been redone. Back yard has 3 new pads beyond the pool.
