This lovely unit has been recently renovated with new wall to wall carpeting and wood-look ceramic tile, updated kitchen and bathroom, fresh paint, and new queen bed in master bedroom.   The second bedroom has two twin beds.  Screened in lanai (back porch) has great views and access to large lawn.

All the dishes, appliances, towels, linens, etc. that you may need are part of this rental.  Everything you'll need including your own shuffle board stick.

Parking in front of unit for easy access.  Tub/shower has hand rails, as does the hall way for safety.

The central recreation area has a large pool and spa, multiple shuffle boards, and a recreation hall has bingo as a weekly event.  The community has many activities, outtings, etc. that allows you to enjoy your neighbors as much as you like.  Or, enjoy your privacy and quiet with great views.

The community is across the road from Manatee Community College for any classes you may like to take and events that you may be interested in. 

A shopping center including a grocery store, a library, and restruants are available right across the road.

If tennis or golf are your pleasures, they are very close.

The Bradenton Beach is extremely nice and is a short drive away.

$1400 per month January thru March. 

There is also a $100 application fee and a $500 deposit.
