Waterfront designer condo, "Captain's Quarters" is located in the Sunset Bay Villas on Main Street in the quaint town of Chincoteague, Va.

Chincoteague is an Island, 7 miles long from North to South and about 1 mile deep from East to West.

Assateague Island is to the East of Chincoteague and can be reached just by walking, biking or driving across the small bridge.

Assateague Is. is a Barrier Reef with the Ocean to it's East.  There are numerous events, tours and museums available for FREE by the Dept. of Interior.
Monthly events including the famous Pony Swin, Auction and Fireman's Carnival in July.
Assateague has a wonderful Lighthouse you can tour too!

Enjoy sweeping views of the bay and it's breathtaking sunsets off our private relaxing balcony. Walk one block to local shops and seafood restaurants and return to relax at our poolside or enjoy our waterfront balcony.

The spacious, new villa condo offers 3 bedrooms: (1)King, (1) Queen & (2) Twin, which can be converted into (1) King & (1) Aero Bed. Each room offers wireless Internet, cable TV and clock radio.

The "Chef Stocked" gourmet kitchen includes a vast array of cooking items and the island bar offers additional seating.

The dining area includes an expandable, elevated dining table allowing water views while dining.

The family room is well appointed with a large HD flat screen cable TV with expanded channels, 40 Music Channels, DVD player, Wireless Internet and stereo...as well as DVD's, and family games.
