$100 cleaning fee deducted from deposit...Will refund if all linens/dishes/home cleaned and put away...property manager will inspect.
Small dog may be allowed prior approval only.
All reservations require adult/child head count.
All reservations require full security deposit to reserve. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Full security deposit and payment required at time of reservation if made less than 30 days to arrival. No refunds if made less than 30 days. All cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior or no refunds. Please provide needed check-in and check-out time.
Renters assume 100% liabilty at home for self/guests and childrens safety. Yard is gated. All children must be adult supervised in pool area at all times. Renter assumes full resposibilty for damages and legal fees.
