Lakefront Chalet Relaxing Getaway in Lake Wallenpaupack

Terrific Lakefront Chalet on Deer Lake in community with large marina on Lake Wallenpaupack!  Our chalet features 3 nice size bedrooms, 2 full baths, a loft with a pool table, a fabulous deck overlooking the lake, a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace, a gas grill, a dock on the lake with a row boat, a full unfinished basement with a Washer & Dryer. We are walking distance to Rockledge pool, Deer Beach, the ball field and the kids activity center. 

The community offers many amenities: 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, workout center, 2 small lakes with sandy beaches, a marina on Lake Wallenpaupack, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, bocci, shuffleboard, etc.  Also, the community offers Tuesday nite Bingo,  Arts & Crafts, several free concerts during the summer, etc.   This is great place for your summer vacation!!   We open the house April 15th and keep it open through Thanksgiving.  Hope you will come and visit!!

$1450 per week   Saturday to Saturday from June 27 to Labor Day

$725 per 2 night weekend rental (off season only)

$825 per 3 night holiday weekend rental (off season only)

The rental rate includes the community registration fee.  We require a $500 refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy:  Full deposit refund for cancellations with 30 days notice.  If less than 30 days and we can still get the property rented for the dates you have reserved, we will give a full refund.  If we cannot get a renter for the date you reserved, you will forfeit your deposit. 

The house comfortably sleeps 10.

2 Queen Beds, 2 Full Beds and 2 Twin beds.

The community amenities are: 2 outdoor pools (heated), 1 indoor pool, workout center, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, bocci courts, shuffleboard, handball, horseshoes, ballfield, skateboard park, kids activity center with video games, ping pong, etc,  3 playgrounds, 2 sandy beaches, a large marina and boat launch on Lake Wallenpaupack and a  picnic grove on Lake Wallenpaupack with large "U" shaped dock for swimming or to pull up your boat to let people on & off.
