Beautifully surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Drive through the winding  Bent Creek Golf course with the cool mountain stream meandering alongside before you climb up the mountainside. At the top you will have a breathtaking view from the back deck of the house. The house includes a covered hot tub overlooking the Smokies. Enjoy swimming in the pools onsite, tennis, or play a round of golf. There is 2500 sf. of living space in this multi-level house, with 3 seperate levels for each bedroom/bath. Master has jacuzzi tub in bathroom. Fireplaces are in the living room and the master. Large dining for large group and game room with pool table and cable tv. Very comfortable king & queen size beds. All updated recently. The best place to stay in Gatlinburg area.

Bent Creek Golf course, tennis courts, swimming pools, all onsite. House has everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. Charcoal grill on deck with table and chairs, hot tub. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, jacuzzi, microwave, smooth top stove, fridge. Game room with pool table, cable tv, some games, mini fridge, queen sleeper sofa in living room, cable tv in living room, game and master. Firewood is also provided.Towels and linen provided.

 Must bring own dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent and personals.

Gatlinburg town, Ober for skiing, ice skating, arcades, etc. shopping, dining at some great restaurants, Ripleys museum, aquarium, so many attractions. Pigeon Forge nearby with Dollywood attraction and much more. Horse back riding, river rafting, hiking, picnicking and more.... Cades Cove nearby....you just have to come and see. Everything is so close, yet you are in the most peaceful area near it all, only 10 minute from Gatlinburg downtown and 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge.

Our house gets rented out on weekly basis most of the time from Spring time through the Summer and during the Fall when the leaves change color. We will rent for 3 days when possible. However, we must ask for commitment of monies at time of reservation to prevent loss of other renters should you change your mind.

Our goal is for you to have a memorable and comfortable stay, however,

We have no control over the weather or equipment inluded in the house from power outage or breakage which could prevent use. We will not refund or be held responsible should this unexpectedly occur. These problems can arise at times and hope this would not be an issue with your stay. When time allows, we will have repairs completed, but can not promise this will be done during your stay. We appreciate your consideration of such matters.

No damage deposit is required, however your credit card will be billed if items are missing or broken to replace those items after your stay. There is a list/video of all items in the house. We hope that you would be as considerate with our home and personals as your own and leave it as so.

Nightly: $150 with minimum of 3 nights (2 to 6 persons).

PRICES CAN CHANGE DURING HOLIDAYS OR DURING SPECIAL EVENTS.

Rates per 7 day week:  $1050 ( 2 to 6 persons)

$10 per person per night for extra person. (2 more only allowed)

 Holidays max rental $1400 per week/ with week stay required for Christmas, Thanksgiving.

3 day required for July 4th and other holidays at the max rental of $225 per night.  CHECK WITH US AT THAT TIME FOR PRICING.

PRICING CAN CHANGE AT OWNERS DISCRETION.

Cleaning fee: $100 paid in advance to be added to total due.

Lodging taxes: 3% to be included.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to hold in advance for weekly rentals of 50% with the balance due the week before arriving, including $100 cleaning fee.

NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.

3 days:require total payment to reserve. NO REFUNDS IF YOU CANCEL.

Method of Payment accepted: Easiest and quickest is credit/debit card to be paid through my paypal account with a $15 to$30 fee for this added at time of payment. If you need to pay this way, please let me know when you contact me so I can arrange it via email invoice to you.
