Two community pools with jacuzzis. Bridge access to Hommes/Adams Park
and hiking trails. One mile to El Paseo, (the Rodeo drive of the
desert) with beautiful shops and great restaurants.
Westfield Mall and the lovely outdoor Rivers Mall also within
very close proximity. Several movie theatres at both locations.
Many lovely resorts nearby to explore for great dining, golf and spa
possibilities

April through September $1400 per month
October and November $1800 per month
December through March $2000 per month
Security Deposit of $300 fully refundable if everything is left in
the same good shape in which you find it.
Cleaning Deposit of $25 non-refundable
