Away from the hussel and bussel, we offer you the chance to Escape and Renew your Spirit.  the Ocean has a way of Clearing the Mind, Energizing your Senses and Calming the Soul.

The boardwalk is right out back and an easy walk to the beach.  The Pool is right out front and we have a Large Covered Cabana if you need to be out of the sun.

Picnic Tables and Bar BQ pits are located throughout the complex.

We have playgrounds and Laundry Facilities.

 A Full Bathroom. Linens and Towels are provided.

Condo is located on the 2nd Floor and IS NOT handicap accessible 

NO Smoking Inside. Smoking Allowed on Balcony with Door and window CLOSED.  No Pets

Just out your door is the Boardwalk leading to the beach 200 ft away.  Across the parking lot is one of Island Retreats Huge Pools, Tennis Courts, BarBQ Pits, Covered Picnic Area and Playground.  Also at Island Retreat:  Another huge Pool, Basketball, Shuffleboard, Volleyball, Laundry Facilities, Fish Cleaning Stations, Boat Parking.

The Beach is a quick walk down the boardwalk.  2 POOLS, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Shuffleboard, Lots of Fishing, Restaurants, Bars, Shopping.  Arnold Palmer Golf Course, Birding, Shelling, Parasailing, Jetski rental, Surfing.Great places to Bike or Walk.  You can drive on the Beach.

The Community Center has a heated Pool and Skate Park.

Nearby Corpus Christi has the State Aquarium and SS Lexington.
