Our complex is gated, has underground parking, a heated resort-style pool, and a great location!  Walk, bike or drive to all that Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer!  We have several units for rent, as well as 2 Bedroom units.

Summer Rates:  April to September - huge discounts!

Fall Rates:  October to December

Peak Rates:  January to March
