This three-level, 3-1/2 bedroom, 3-bath townhouse has several bonus features: TWO master bedrooms, a loft area and a den! Situated right on the beach, this beautifully decorated corner property has sweeping views up and down the beach, from every room in the house. With decks off the living room, bedroom, and loft, finding a quiet, peaceful place to relax is simple. Three steps lead down to the beach, so the kids can run freely in and out. With private beaches in front and on the side, Mom and Dad can relax on the front deck while watching the little ones.

Equipped with a full kitchen containing both full-size dining table and breakfast bar, this lovely townhome boasts three baths. 3-1/2 bedrooms and a loft, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults/children. A majestic ocean view greets you through the full wall of glass living room doors.

The spacious, second-floor master bedroom in our townhome contains a king size bed (consisting of two twin beds side-by-side), 2 spacious closets, and room to spare for one, two, or even three air beds. The full wall of windows on two sides afford you a magnificent ocean view. Pour your morning cup of coffee, sit down and relax at the lovely cafe table set, and savor the breathtaking view of the ocean right from your bedroom.

The "blue room," also located on the second floor, has a king bed (two twins side-by-side) and a full bayside balcony deck that allows for an expansive beach/ocean view. The 2nd floor bathroom, complete with tub shower, is brand new and situated between both bedrooms.

The third floor master bedroom, also known as "the penthouse," has a queen size bed, a separate sink with vanity, and a newly enlarged, full size master bath with shower. This second master bedroom is just the solution for a two-family vacation.

Right outside "the penthouse" you will find the sleeping loft, with sleeping arrangements guaranteed to be a favorite amongst the kids: a bunk bed with full-size bottom bunk and twin-size upper bunk, complete with LCD HDTV and DVD player right across from the bed!

While on the 3rd floor, step out on the upper deck balcony, park yourself in one of the loungers or deck chairs, and enjoy a view that will surely take your breath away.

For added sleeping accommodations, the living room sofa includes a queen pull-out bed, and the bayside den includes a queen-size futon and nearby full bathroom with shower. For entertainment, both rooms include TVs as well as DVD players.

The Ocean Colony townhome complex has an outdoor pool (with attendant) and is close to many midtown restaurants, nightlife and shopping.

If for any reason you might want to be in touch with the rest of the world, we've provided free WIFI internet access as well as telephone service.
