Surfsong is perfect for families or for a group of friends. This beautifully updated second floor condo overlooks the courtyard setting community pool and gazebo area. The inviting pool is large enough for everyone to enjoy. The hot tub that is open in the off season, May 15 until Memorial Day, Labor Day until about Oct 15. Enjoy dinner, drinks, and board games on your private comfortably appointed deck. The tennis courts are just a few feet away. Rackets and balls are in the closet. You may want your own if you are a pro. You can arrange to golf at the Currituck Club right across the street. A deep sea fishing charter can also be planned, contact Bob's Bait and Tackle to arrange groups of 1 to 6. There are excursions available to the north beaches to see the wild horses or to kayack on the sound. Harris Teater Grocery store is now open right across the street. They furnish complete meals, ready made items, even sushi! A pizza store and bait and tackle shop are also in walking distance. The Tim Buck ll shopping center is just 4 miles north for major shopping at the Food Lion or fun at a number of specialy shops. A movie theatre, mini golf, race cars, arcade, playground and paddle boats can also be found. This ocean side condo is only 200 yds from the beach with direct beach access. Leave you car at the condo in the shaded private parking area and head to the beach. The beach is just a short walk with no highway to cross. There is a life guard on the beach during the in season. The kids will love the warm water and rolling waves. The teens will be able to use their surf boards, skim boards and boogie boards. The fishermen in the family can enjoy surf fishing in the mornings and evenings. You can fly kites, play volleyball, and walk for miles on the beach. At night grab your flashlights and head to the beach to chase the ghost crabs! This is a great place for families to get away and enjoy the peaceful fun filled days of the Outer Banks. Surf Song is a Sunday to Sunday rental.
1/01 - 4/12/08 $545 per week
4/13 - 5/17/08 $595 per week
5/18 - 5/31/08 $745 per week
6/01 - 6/07/08 $895 per week
6/08 - 6/14/08 $995 per week
6/15 - 6/21/08 $1145 per week
6/22 - 8/16/08 $1275 per week
8/17 - 8/23/08 $995 per week
8/24 - 9/13/08 $895 per week
9/14 - 12/31/08 $645 per week
PLEASE ADD THE FOLLOWING TO THE RATES QUOTED ABOVE:
$500 REFUNDABLE security deposit or the $60 POM damage waiver insurance.

PARTIAL WEEKS:
Partial weeks are available in the off season. There is a three night minimum rental. Partial week
rates are
based on half the weekly rate for a three day rental. Additional days can be added at the daily
rate. To
calculate the daily rate divide the weekly rate by 7 then add each additional day to the the half
week value.
THIS IS A FAMILY ORIENTED COMMUNITY.
You must be 24 years old to be able to sign the lease. We do not rent to groups of teens, high
school
graduates, or young college groups. All groups of young people must include a responsible adult.
Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented

MAY & JUNE RENTALS
Refresh you self and escape from the drap winter or busy tax season with a week at the Outer Banks.
The hot
tub and pool will be opened about May 15. The Hot tub is only available through Memorial Day. Book
those
last two weeks of May now if you are a big Hot Tub fan. The pool will be open and ready to go for
the season.
The tennis courst are just a few feet away and the beach bikes are ready for adventure. Book a day
at the
Currituck Golf course just across the street. This is a great time to visit and relax before the
summer season.
SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER RENTALS
The fall is a great time to visit the Outerbanks. The pool and hot tub will be open from Labor day
until about
October 15. Once the kids are back at school, you will enjoy your time on the nearly private beach
with pleanty
of sky blue and warm water.
