Surfsong is perfect for families or for a group of friends. This
beautifully updated second floor condo overlooks a courtyard
setting community pool and gazebo area. The inviting pool is large
enough for everyone to enjoy. The hot tub is open in the off
season, May 15 until Memorial Day, Labor Day until Oct 1.

Enjoy dinner, drinks, and board games on your private comfortably
appointed deck.

The tennis courts are just a few feet away. Rackets and balls are in
the closet. You may want your own if you are a pro.
You can arrange to golf at the Currituck Club right across the
street. A deep sea fishing charter can also be planned, contact
Bob's Bait and Tackle to arrange groups of 1 to 6. There are
excursions available to the north beaches to see the wild horses or
to kayack on the sound.

Food and Shopping: Harris Teater Grocery store is now open right across the street.
They furnish complete meals, ready made items, even sushi! A pizzaz Pizza, coffee shop,
icecream shop and bait and tackle shop are also in walking distance.
The Tim Buck ll shopping center is just 2 miles north for major
shopping at the Food Lion or fun at a number of specialy shops. A
movie theatre, mini golf, race cars, wave runner rental, arcade,
playground and paddle boats can also be found.   There are pleanty of resturants, Route 12, Mike Dianas, Sharkey's Pub, Sundogs, Wild Horse cafe' and a great little Mexican place at the corolla light shops to name a few.  There is a guide book in the condo.  Reservations for dinner are recommended at the better resturants.

This ocean side condo is only 200 yds from the beach with direct
beach access. Leave you car at the condo in the shaded private
parking area and head to the beach. The beach is just a short walk
with no highway to cross. Steps will take you over the beautiful , natural dunes to the beautiful beach and greating waves.There is a life guard on the beach during
the in season. The kids will love the warm water and rolling waves.
The teens will be able to use their surf boards, skim boards and
boogie boards. The fishermen in the family can enjoy surf fishing
in the mornings and evenings. You can fly kites, play volleyball,
and walk for miles on the beach. At night grab your flashlights and
head to the beach to chase the ghost crabs!

Surfsong is a great place for families to get away and enjoy the peaceful
fun filled days of the Outer Banks.

Surfsong is a 3 bedroom (Q/2t/2t/2cott) 2 bath charming condo. It
is our home away from home and has been updated throughout. The condo
is appointed with lots of extras that we are sure you will enjoy.

I am excited to tell you there is a new master bed mattress and box
spring waiting for you! We just installed new air conditioning for the 2009 season!

2009 also brought new Deck furniture on the private deck & the community area as well.

A chandelier and large farm style dining table make dining a joy.

An over the range microwave to give you more counter space over the new cooktop stove!

6/07 - 6/13/09 $995 per week
6/14 - 6/20/09 $1095 per week
6/21 - 8/15/09 $1295 per week
8/16 - 8/22/09 $1095 per week
8/23 - 8/29/09 $995 per week
8/30 - 9/05/09 $895 per week
9/6 - 9/12/09 $745 per week
9/13 - 12/31/09 $645 per week

$500 REFUNDABLE security deposit or the $69 POM damage waiver insurance.

PARTIAL WEEKS:
Partial weeks are available in the off season. There is a three night minimum rental. Partial week rates are based on half the weekly rate for a three day rental. Additional days can be added at the daily rate. To calculate the daily rate divide the weekly rate by 7 then add each additional day to the the half week value.
THIS IS A FAMILY ORIENTED COMMUNITY.
You must be 24 years old to be able to sign the lease. We do not rent to groups of teens, high
school graduates, or young college groups. All groups of young people must include a responsible
adult.

The Pool and Beach will be open and ready to go for the season. The tennis courst are just a few feet away and the beach bikes are ready for adventure. Book a day at the Currituck Golf course just across the street. This is a great time to visit and relax before the summer season.
SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER RENTALS
The fall is a great time to visit the Outerbanks. The pool and hot tub will be open from Labor day
until about October 1. Once the kids are back at school, you will enjoy your time on the nearly
private beach with plenty of sky blue and warm water.
