This ocean side condo is only 200 yds from the beach with direct beach access. Leave you car at the condo in the shaded private parking area and head to the beach. The beach is just a short walk
with no highway to cross. Steps will take you over the beautiful , natural dunes to the beautiful beach and greating waves.There is a life guard on the beach during the in season. The kids will love the warm water and rolling waves. The teens will be able to use their surf boards, skim boards and boogie boards. The fishermen in the family can enjoy surf fishing in the mornings and evenings. You can fly kites, play volleyball, and walk for miles on the beach. At night grab your flashlights and
head to the beach to chase the ghost crabs!

Enjoy dinner, drinks, and board games on your private comfortably appointed deck.

Food and Shopping: Harris Teater Grocery store is now open right across the street. They furnish complete meals, ready made items, even sushi! A Pizzaz Pizza, coffee shop, icecream shop and bait and tackle shop are also in walking distance. The Tim Buck ll shopping center is just 2 miles north for major shopping at the Food Lion or fun at a number of specialy shops. A movie theatre, mini golf, race cars, wave runner rental, arcade, playground and paddle boats can also be found.   There are pleanty of resturants, Route 12, Mike Dianas,  Sundogs, Wild Horse cafe' and a great little Mexican place at the corolla light shops to name a few.  There is a guide book in the condo.  Reservations for dinner are recommended at the better resturants.

Surfsong is a great place for families to get away and enjoy the peaceful, fun filled days of the Outer Banks.

Surfsong is a 3 bedroom (Q/2t/2t/2cott) 2 bath charming condo. It is our home away from home and has been updated throughout. The condo is appointed with lots of extras that we are sure you will enjoy.

Sufrsong is loaded with updates to make your stay comfortable.  There is a new master bed mattress and box spring waiting for you! We just installed new air conditioning and for 2011 and new carpet and beach wood flooring flooring in the kitchen and dining area.  A chandelier and large farm style dining table make dining a joy. Its like walking into a breath of spring air.

The Pool is open from May to the end of September.  The hot tub is open in the off season, May and Sept.  The hot tub is for adults only.   It is not open in June, July and Aug

We are located in section F of Ocean Sands near the Ocean Sands water
tower  across from Harris Teater and the Currituck Gold Club about 5 minutes south of the Timbuck II shopping center.  Section G is not developed leanding to great strols on an uncrowded beach.

Surf Song is a Sunday to Sunday rental.

No Pets, non- Smoking

THIS IS A FAMILY ORIENTED COMMUNITY.
You must be 24 years old to be able to sign the lease. We do not rent to groups of teens, high school graduates, or young college groups. All groups of young people must include a responsible adult.

 RATES:

Security Deposit and credit card fees are included in the weekly rates

4/28 -   5/18/13      $810 per week
5/19     5/25/13      $910 per week

5/26 -   6/1/13       $960 per week

6/2 -   6/8/13       $1060 per week
6/9 -   6/15/13     $1210 per week
6/16 -   8/10/13    $1510 per week
8/11 -   8/17/13    $1410 per week
8/18 -   8/24/13    $1210 per week

PRE AND POST SEASON
If you have flexability and are not tied to the school schedule, the pre and post season are wonderful on the Outer Banks. May, Early June, Sept and October weeks are great times to get away. They are truely the best peaceful weeks at the beach. This year the pool & hot Tub open April 25. (See pool details) 

PARTIAL WEEKS:
Partial weeks are available in the off season. There is a three night minimum rental. Partial week rates are based on half the weekly rate for a three day rental. Additional days can be added at the daily rate. To calculate the daily rate divide the weekly rate by 7 then add each additional day to the the half week value.

MAY AND JUNE:

The Pool and Beach will be open and ready to go for the season. The tennis courts are just a few feet away and the beach bikes are ready for adventure. Book a day at the Currituck Golf course just across the street. This is a great time to visit and relax before the summer season.

SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER RENTALS:

The fall is a great time to visit the Outerbanks. The pool and hot tub will be open Aug 21 to Oct 1. Once the kids are back at school, you will enjoy your time on the nearly private beach with plenty of sky blue and warm water.
