Cozy, Secluded Beach Property in Bethany Beach

Bethany Beach is called the "Quiet Resort" and is very family friendly. Our home is located in the quiet community of Ocean Farm, just two miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk, beaches, restaurants and terrific shopping. The house is located at the end of a dead end street, with no thru-traffic, making it very kid friendly.

This new single family home was built in 2005 and has plenty of comfortable living space. Everything in the house is brand new. It comes completely furnished with a well stocked kitchen for your gourmet cooking. The house has everything you need to make your vacation complete. This home has plenty of parking with a two car garage and wide driveway. Also, parking is allowed on the street. There is a covered front porch with furniture to relax on. There is also a spacious rear deck for your outdoor enjoyment with patio furniture and a charcoal grill. The community pool is right around the corner and is very quiet and relaxing.

The first floor includes: living room with TV and DVD/VCR player with digital cable. There is a daybed in the den area. A beautiful and bright sun room which is very cozy. A full kitchen with plenty of room for you cooking needs. First floor Master bedroom suite with a full bathroom. A laundry room, and a powder room (1/2 bath). The second floor has two bedrooms with a full bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs with DVD player.  We also now offer high speed internet for your use.

Bethany has beautiful beaches with many restaurants, and terrific shopping at the Tanger Outlets in Rehobeth Beach. Ocean City and Rehobeth Beach are 20 minutes down the road. Right down the street (1/2 mile) there is the Assawoman Canal and Wildlife Refuge for fishing, crabbing and boating. Small boats, kayaks and canoes have easy assess to launching at the canal. Four adult bikes are provided for your use.  We also have beach chairs and an umbrella for beach use.
