•	Two (2) tastefully decorated and fully equipped Two bedroom, 
Two bath residences across from the 12th fairway of Sombrero Country 
Club’s 18 hole championship golf course
•	Dockage accommodating yachts up to 100’ on a 140’ continuous 
deep water concrete seawall with 8,500 lb. davits, and an additional 
55’ x 19’ protected cut in slip for smaller boats or yachts.  Captains will

Fully air conditioned, high speed wireless cable, telephone,
televisions, DVD players, 2 fully equipped kitchens,
dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, fish table, bait and fresh
catch chest refrigereator freezer, 50 AMP electric service at dock available,sleeps
eight guests in two king master bedroom suites and two twin bedroom
suites, outdoor shower, pool side loungers, gas barbecue, outdoor
dining table and chairs.

Fishing: off-shore trolling, reef fishing, flat fishing, or fish off 
your own dock, Lobstering during season only, snorkeling and scuba 
diving at Sombrero Reef or John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, jet 
skiing, para sailing, wind surfing, bi-plane rides, FIB rides, 
helicopter rides, fighter jet rides, swim with the dolphins, sea 
turtle hospital, museums, sailing, sunset cruises, shopping, superb

Vacation Rental Rates

4 Bedroom / 4 Bath Full Residence – Maximum up to 9 guests preffered.
Divided into two seperate 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Partial Residence 
 
Four Bedroom Rate: 
$2,650 USD - $4,500 USD Weekly 

Two Bedroom Rate: 
$1,600 USD - $2,900 USD Weekly 

Rates vary depending on season and holidays

Short Notice Specials Available.

Rates are negotiable and will vary depending on season, holidays, 
special events and/or availability.

Multiple months and seasonal rates, if available are negotiable.

* Note: Yacht owners requiring dockage must provide Documentation 
or Registration of their vessel and proof of Insurance upon arrival.

* No Smoking Inside, Please!

* Pets Allowed – Inquire about additional charge.  

Terms of Rental:
•	$1,000.00 security & reservation deposit required within 5 
days of reservation.
•	Full amount of Rental Contract amount due 60 days prior 
to occupancy.
•	Rentals are weekly from 3pm Saturday - 10am Saturday.
•	Cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival in writing 
will receive a full refund of deposit or future credit. 
•	Security / reservation deposit returned after inspection and 
checkout.
