televisions, DVD players, 2 fully equipped kitchens,
dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, fish table, bait and fresh
catch & bait chest freezer, 50 AMP electric service at dock available.  Sleeps
eight guests in two king master bedroom suites and two twin bedroom
suites, outdoor shower, pool side loungers, gas barbecue, outdoor
dining table and chairs.

Fishing: off-shore trolling, reef fishing, flat fishing, or fish off
your own dock, Lobstering during season only, snorkeling and scuba
diving at Sombrero Reef or John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, jet

Terms of Rental:
• $1,000.00 security & reservation deposit required within 5
days of reservation.
• Full amount of Rental Contract amount due 60 days prior
to occupancy.
• Rentals are weekly from 3pm Saturday - 10am Saturday.
• Cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival in writing
will receive a full refund of deposit or future credit if before. 
• Security / reservation deposit returned after inspection and
checkout.
