The house has plenty of modern amenities including 55" hi definition flat screen TV in the living room as well as flat screen televisions in the master bedroom and one of the 2 guest bedrooms. There is cable television throughout the house, Wi-Fi, an iPod docking station, great sound system with speakers throughout the house (including decks) so you can listen to your iPod music wherever you are in the house. Soak up the sun on one of the three decks, or take a short stroll to beautiful Victoria Beach and the Montage resort.
World class restaurants as well as the happening Laguna Beach nightlife are also within walking distance.
