River Bend Oasis in High Springs

Enjoy the "Best View on the Santa Fe" from our front porch or stay cool swimming/playing along the 100' beach.  Fish from our floating dock or play volleyball in the large yard. You also will have access to our community boat ramp down the street.

Upstairs has a  king bed in the bedroom, with 2 queen size sleeper sofas in the living area.  There is a full bath & spacious kitchen with microwave, dishwasher &. washer/dryer.  TV with dish network & new wireless DSL is also included.  The "NEW" downstairs will have 2 full beds, full bath, living area, partial kitchen with refrigerator, microwave & dining table, a/c & ceiling fans.

We can accomodate 8 comfortably for the listed rental prices.  Please contact us if arrangements need to be made for more.

No smoking is permitted inside, only outside  & on the upstairs porch.

Swim, boat, fish, snorkel or dive in this beautiful river.  Go tubing/floating from your beach to the community park & keep your eyes open for manatees!!. Visit the numerous springs in the area like Ichetucknee, Ginnie, Blue, Poe, Hart or Manatee or go antique shopping in nearby High Springs. Make memories to last a lifetime!!

2 night minimum:  $400.00

A 9% sales tax will be added to all transactions.

 Minimum 1 week stay for the weeks containing the following holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day - $950.00 per week

Make a $300 security deposit upon making your reservations. the balance is due in full three weeks prior to your rental (if paying by personal check). Please write a separate check for security deposit.  We will return you deposit after a satisfactory inspection of the premises.  If paying online, you do not need to split the payment.  We will refund your deposit via PayPal. You can book on shorter notice if paying online.
