Enjoy the best of both worlds - the scenic Angelina River and  nearby Lake Sam Rayburn, known as one of the premier trophy bass lakes in Texas (not to mention Crappie and Catfish).  The Angelina is great for fishing as well.  You will be on the Angelina River and only 13 miles to the nearby Sam Rayburn boat ramp.  The Angelina boat ramp is only 5 miles away and you can tie your boat up to our floating dock.  Hiking trails abound in the nearby Angelina National Forest and Boykin Springs Park.  Martin Dies State Park is a 7 mile river ride south from our floating dock and the Lake Sam Rayburn dam is just 7 miles north from the dock.  You will enjoy the scenic beauty of the Pineywoods, arguably the most picturesque region of Texas.  If you love the outdoors, this is for you and your family.  Our location is a peaceful and quiet setting at the end of a paved road.

 New Rental Rates Effective March 13, 2011:

4 or fewer guests: $150.00 per night; each additional guest $50.00 each per night to maximum $300.00 per night (limit of 10 guests).  Plus a $50.00 cleaning fee if 6 guests or less; $100 cleaning fee for over 6 guests.

Due to  several incidents, we are now asking for a $200.00 damage deposit.  It will be returned if no damages occurred.

50% of rental is due 10 days prior to arrival and is not refundable
Cash, check or money order is accepted; no credit cards

Minimum stay is 3 nights rent (If staying for weekend, only i.e., Friiday - Sunday,you will be charged for 3 nights instead of two)
