Quaint, clean and neat waterfront cottage located in the desired Gilmans Cove on Lake Winnisquam. This private and peaceful home is beautifully situated in a protected cove with spectacular sunsets. With over 100 feet of lake frontage and steps into the water, this property has sun all day and is a perfect place for a quiet getaway. There is a large "Great Room" that overlooks the lake. There are also three bedrooms. One with a queen bed, one with a full and one with one set of twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed. Large deck for quiet reading or evening entertaining. A large warf allows dock space for a boat. A paddleboat is provided at guest's own risk. Enjoy a" true lake experience" while you get away from it all.......
