A three story home on the water with plenty of room to breathe! Located in the gated community of Palm Harbor on Cotton Bayou, this well appointed retreat can accommodate a large group of family or friends. Palm Harbor amenities include a private community swimming pool, tennis courts, and beach access (right across the street). Cotton Bayou connects to the Gulf of Mexico or you can fish right from the front yard.

The first level has a media room complete with large, comfortable furniture, wet bar, fridge, ceiling fan, and a bathroom with walk in shower. Up to date media equipment includes a flat screen HD TV, surround sound, stereo, a Wii with games and DVD/VHS players. This room can also be used as a fifth bedroom, with the couch converting into a bed.

Walk outside the media room’s french doors to the huge covered porch with a ceiling fan. Seating for seven includes two cushioned club chairs, a love seat, and three rocking chairs. A coffee table with exterior lamps make this the perfect place to unwind at night. Down the flight of stairs is the stone patio, just steps away from the water. Seating surrounds the fire pit; this is the perfect place to grill-choose either the stainless steel gas grill or the ‘green egg’ charcoal grill. An outdoor shower is located here with hot and cold water.

The second level is the heart of the home. The fully stocked "cook’s kitchen" has everything you need to create a memorable meal. Granite countertops, new appliances, and task lighting make this kitchen a dream in which to cook. The round glass table can seat eight, with additional seating at the bar. Designer tableware, glasses, and serving dishes help to create a beautiful table setting.

The living room, right next to the kitchen, is part of the open floor plan. Plush chairs and couches along with a flat screen TV, offer a place for guests to relax before and after dinner. A full wall of floor to ceiling windows provides views of the Cotton Bayou. A second covered porch offers more views of the bayou; cozy furniture provides the perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets and dolphins.

The second floor has a bedroom with a king size bed with designer linens and a flat screen TV. A bathroom with a shower is right next door.

The Master suite on the third floor has a king size bed with designer linens, flat screen HD TV, and a sitting area. The master bath has a shower and a jetted tub perfectly positioned to watch the sunset.

Two more bed rooms round out the third floor; one with a queen bed, and one with a bunk bed (full over full with a pull out twin trundle). These bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom.
