The house has 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom two has a queen size bed, bedroom three a full size bed and bedroom four located on the first floor has two twin beds. Rental includes sheets and towels.

The living room has a granite fireplace and the dining room seats eight comfortably. The house has central air conditioning, cable TV throughout, WiFi, and a spacious deck, with gas grill. Washer/Dryer, iron and ironing board is also provided.
Also available on the community grounds is a large heated outdoor pool, exercise clubhouse and tennis courts.
For your safety the community is patrolled by Northridge Security.
