Sounds of the Sea is located in a gated community on a small hill above Playa Ostional, one of the most-protected and pristine beaches in the country, where leatherback and rigdley turtles regularly nest. Other nearby beaches include: San Juanillo, Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, Marbella, Playa Azul, Playa Bellena, and Playa Largato.

6/1 - 11/1 $1200 per week
11/1 - 6/1 $2000 per week

Payment
50% deposit due at reservation, payment in full due 30 days prior
arrival. Holiday rentals (Christmas, New Year's, Easter) must be paid in full
at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival subject to 50% of deposit cancellation charge. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-
refundable.

Damage Deposit
$300 cash security deposit required upon arrival, refunded to you on departure, after the premises have been found to be in a satisfactory condition.

Rates are non-negotiable. There are no extra fees or taxes. Rentals available for minimum 1 week.
