This completely remodeled and professionally decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath Town home offers location to the beach and quiet nights.  It affords a comfortable, "live-in" feel for vacationers.  The unit is truly designed to be home-away from home that makes a vacation special.

The foldout couch in the Living room can sleep an additional two.  This is a perfect place for a family.

Linens are completely furnished.  The owners live close by and one is an avid surfer so special requests for surfboards or beach gear can be accommodated.

* Payment Options:  Visa/Mastercard/Paypal/Personal/Business  Check/Cashiers Check/Money Order

* Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season (June thru 1st week in September)

* Check-in after 2:00pm.  Check out by 10:00am

* A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rate.

* Security Deposit of $500 is refundable shortly after departure if key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition.

* Information such as obtaining keys and whom to call for assistance will be sent after receipt of Rental Payment.

* Rates include maid service on Departure.

This residential Townhome comes complete with 1 full bath, 1 Bedroom with a Queen sized bed, dresser, Kitchen, dining area, cable, Television, and wireless internet access.

Beach Towels, Kitchen Microwave, Stove, Coffee/Tea maker, utensils, dishes, Pots N Pans, full linens and an outdoor Bar-B-Que.

Please make special requests for beach items:  surfboard, boogie-board, etc that you might require.

Swimming, Surfing, Diving, Sunsets, and Sand Castles are Steps Away!

Only minutes away from downtown La Jolla, La Jolla Cove, Great Restaurants, Entertainment, and Shopping.

Less than one block from the Beach where you can enjoy Walking your Dog, Jogging, Snorkeling, Surfing near the Wind N Sea Shack.

$175 per night (4 night minimum) or $1,200 per week (Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season - Jun 1 - Sep 7) plus 10.5% Tax.
