This condo sets its self apart as it has an ideal location to visit the main attractions in the city with being in the middle of the downtown scene.  It is also a modern building built finished in the fall of 2008 versus many of the older buildings built in the 80s or even 50s, and you'll notice the difference in the accommodations.  With our unit we offer free and hassel free parking in the garage! Why search for parking or pay for it when you don't have too?

Less than a mile from the Convention Center, and you can cross the street to take a free bus anywhere within the downtown free ride zone!

We try our hardest to make your stay the best it possibly can.  And if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable next time...Just let us know! And please enjoy the gift basket in your bedroom with a few things that will make your stay enjoyable.  Remember this is a VRBO, not a Hotel so you won't be charged!

Our building features an amazing rooftop complete with lounge chairs, stainless steel BBQ for your use, a fire pit and an amazing view of Downtown Seattle!

Our lobby features a pool table, wi-fi computer bar, fitness center, lounge area with fireplace, large Flat Screen TV, and a community kitchen open 24 hours a day!

We also are able to offer guests free parking (one car per unit) in the parking garage, a feature that is hard to find in Vacation Rentals and Hotels in Downtown Seattle!  Additional Parking spots are available for rent and can be arranged via the management office upon your arrival.

If you don't want to walk the 6.5 Blocks (1/2 Mile) to the condo the 2, 4, or 16 (among others just ask a local or a bus driver) bus routes are all available on 3rd avenue just a block and a half from Westlake Center and will drop you off directly in front of our building.  This is part of the downtown Free ride zone during commute hours!
