Maxwelton Beach Guesthouse in Whidbey Island

The Maxwelton Beach Guesthouse is a privately owned, 1800 square foot, single story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home that sits on 100 feet of ocean waterfront on one of Whidbey's finest level sandy beaches. Maxwelton Beach is known as "The Best Place To Watch The Sunset" on South Whidbey.

The spacious nautical themed beach house is bright and airy and boasts a spectacular view of the snow capped Olympic mountains, shipping lanes and outrageous sunsets. 

There is something for everyone, whether it be cycling, waterskiing, fishing, clamming, crabbing or playing horseshoes or volleyball on your own private court.  For the avid boater, the home has two buoys to tie up to. Convienently, there is a public boat launch, playground and baseball diamond within walking distance of the home.

A large set of binoculars rest on a tripod in the living room to help you catch the constantly moving views of wildlife activity on the beach or an occassional eagle soaring by.

The master bedroom has a brand new queen bed with a feather mattress topper and Nautica comforter.  The bunk room has two sets of brand new bunk beds, and the third bedroom also has a brand new queen size bed with a feather mattress topper and private full bath.

Up to 8 people:
$300/night, 4 night minimum stay (Off Season Rates, Sept. 10 - May 21)
$1650/week (Off Season Rates, Sept. 10 - May 21)

$325/night, 4 night minimum stay (Mid Season Rates, May 22 - June 30)
$1800/week (Mid Season Rates, May 22 - June 30)

$2100 per week (Peak Season Rates, July 1 - Sept. 9)
$350/night, 4 night minimum stay (Peak Season Rates, July 1 - Sept. 9)

All Holiday reservations require a 4 night minimum stay and are subject to peak season rates.

$150 Cleaning/garbage fee, 10.7% sales tax and security/damage deposit are additional.
