 $300 refundable Booking/Security deposit to be mailed or paid buy credit card. Rent due on arrival in cash check or money order. Security deposit to be returned after departure, barring any malicious damage.

Cancellation within 10 days of scheduled stay, surrenders
Booking/Security deposit.

If on-site canoe use is desired, added $200 deposit required at
arrival.
