4/3 New home with pool/hot tub in Sarasota

Please contact me for more pictures. Beautiful home built in 2006 just shy of 3000 square feet. The home is very spacious with large rooms and a sliding glass wall to open the entire living room to the pool area. The master bedroom has a king size pillow top bed, two of the bedrooms have queens and a the forth bedroom has a bunk bed with a full and twin. We have a 400 square foot playroom upstairs with a pool table. The forth bedroom is also upstairs and has a full private bath. The house is very close to hundreds of restaurants and minutes from downtown and less than six miles from the stunning Sarasota beaches.

The Pool with a hot tub and waterfall is completely screened in. The house offers everything you will need for one week to an extended stay. There are two large flat screed TV's including one in the master bedroom a pool table and wireless internet throughout the house and a home office complete with printer/fax and scanner.  You will find tons of restaurants, shopping, two malls and the beaches all minutes away and much within walking distance.

Sarasota offers some of the best beaches in world and is close enough to all the parks in Orlando to make an easy day trip. Also, in less than a 20 minute drive you can enjoy Mote Marine, the Ringling museum, windsurfing, diving, fishing, tons of golf courses, states parks, the Opera, the Symphony and every kind ethnic dinning there is. Sarasota is the biggest little city I have ever seen.

We do not encourage rentals of less than one week and there is a $150 per week charge for more than 8 guests. Also, at this time I can only except Pay-Pal. Thank you for looking.
