Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy our very private, three-bedroom, waterfront vacation home at
Quart-A-Nancy Point on Cooper Island in the British Virgin Islands.
The house was built in the 1960s and 70s as an artist's retreat. The
construction is concrete, concrete block, and native stone. Major
rennovations were completed during May 2006 and guests are welcome
year-round.

This small piece of paradise provides island living at its best. The
house at Quart-A-Nancy Point is one of only a few private homes on
Cooper Island. Relax, swim and snorkel/scuba dive, read, or watch
daily life at Manchioneel Bay. Our 50-foot, open-plan, living area and
west-facing panoramic view showcase spectacular sunsets over Tortola
and the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Experience self-sufficient island
living without giving up all the amenities. Cook your own meals or
visit the Cooper Island Beach Club (CIBC) for lunch or dinner.

Blender/Cuisinart, Phone and FAX, VHF Base Station, Broadband Wireless
Internet, Wired and 802.11b/g Wireless Internet within the House and
on the Porch, USB Photo-quality Computer Printer, Boom Box Stereo with
CD Player, Mini-Stereo with AM/FM radio/CD Player/AUX input (for MP3)
and outside speakers, 13-inch Television with VCR, 17" LCD Monitor/TV

small number of VHS/DVD movies, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens
provided, Non Smoking inside the house, 10ft inflatable dinghy and
motor (local use only), this Property is Managed on site by the Cooper
Island Beach Club (CIBC)

Activities and Attractions

Swimming - while our property is rocky with no sandy beach, the jetty
and landing are great places to enter the water or to sit and watch
the harbor activity or catch some sun, there is also a good sandy
beach a short distance away at the Cooper Island Beach Club

Snorkeling - Quart-A-Nancy Point has the best snorkeling around
Manchioneel Bay

Diving - Sail Caribbean Divers has a full service dive shop on Cooper
Island

Hiking - there are several day hikes available

Fine Dining - at the Cooper Island Beach Club Restaurant nearby
