The Gallatin Valley Retreat is the perfect summer or winter vacation spot.  This 3000 sq ft custom home is located south of Bozeman in Gallatin Gateway just minutes from the airport, the Gallatin National Forest and River, and Big Sky ski resort. 

Fully furnished, 3BR, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage on 3 acres

Kitchen is fully equipped, opens to large dining area and great room

Dining table accommodates 6-8

Great room offers beautiful view of the Spanish Peaks, has a wood burning stove, and Direct TV/DVD/VCR 

Large master bedroom on 1st floor with adjoining Sun Room & Deck, plus TV

Two large bedrooms upstairs with sleeping loft

All beds are queen size, plus two futons with Simmons mattresses

Laundry & Mud room with access from Garage

South facing, full length deck with picnic table and barbeque gas grill

North porch with views of the Bridger Mountains

Bear Creek Properties' development has 1 mile asphalt quiet roadway, for walking, jogging, and biking.

Fishing:

The Gallatin, Madison, and Yellowstone Rivers and lots of Lakes. 

Hiking:

• Tons of trailheads in the Gallatin Canyon.  Lava Lake hike is nice. 

River Rafting

• Schedule a guided river rafting trip down the Gallatin River.  Late summer trips are the safest for beginners. 

 Floating:

• A hot summer activity.  Rent tubes/rafts and head to the Madison River for a relaxing float down a wide, calm river.   A  5 mile float will take a couple of hours or you can opt for a shorter one if you want. 

 Biking:

• Use the Bozeman bicycle path guide book to plan a bike ride.

 Horseback Riding

• Broken Hart Ranch – just across the road

 Snow Activities

• Skiing and snowboarding: 35 minutes to 3 ski resorts (Big Sky, Moonlight Basin, and Bridger Bowl)
• Sleigh rides, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding

 Bozeman Hot Springs:

• Swimming pool, hot springs, and exercise facility are available, however, it is currently being remodeled.

 Sightseeing

• Yellowstone National Park – 1hr 20 min away:  IMAX, Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center, Old Faithful
• Virginia City mining town
• Museum of the Rockies

 Sitting on the Porch

• A definite stress reducer (except in winter).  Either the front or back porch will give you a nice view and the incentive not to do anything.
• After a late summer afternoon rain, you will likely see a rainbow while sitting on the porch. 

$1600 per week (7 nights)

$300 per night (4 night minimum)
