Seaside Sands- is located in the exclusive residential and resort area of Cayman Kai. Beautiful west facing view of the protected reef and the Caribbean Sea beyond. Easy walking distance to famous Rum Point with its casual beach bar/cafe' and Red Sail Sports. Seaside Sands can comfortably sleep 3 adult couples each with private bathrooms. High ceilings, screened lanai and private white sand beach. Six chaise lounges to enjoy the sun or sunsets.

Snorkel, swim and play on your own private white sand beach and enjoy breathtaking sunsets! Our sandbar was featured in the 2008 Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition. Walk the beach to famous Rum Point, home of Red Sail Sports, bar, restaurant, sport and dive shop. Take the glass bottom boat to world famous Stingray City. Enjoy three(3) complimentary kayaks to explore the quiet waters or snorkel the coral reef at Rum Point. Read a good book or nap in the double size hammock in the shade close to the waters edge.

Seaside Sands is a spacious one level open floor plan, situated to enjoy the tropical breeze. A large screen lanai covers the entire ocean side of the villa. Zoned central air is also provided if needed in the summer months. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs including an outdoor charcoal BBQ. A Bose stereo speaker system with CD, MP3 inputs including cable stereo channels can be enjoyed inside and outdoors. Cable TV and DVD player in the living room. Wireless DSL internet is available free of charge, just bring your laptop to stay connected to the world.

Seaside Sands is located on the North Sound, protected from ocean surf by a barrier reef. This makes it ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. Scuba dive the world famous North Wall within close proximity to Seaside Sands. Red Sail Sports offers two convenient dive operations, Rum Point & East End. Snorkel or kayak to Rum Point for the best coral and fish viewing in Cayman.  Two world class golf courses are available within a 40 minute drive. Tennis courts are nearby. The Botanical Garden is a short drive and should not be missed!

50% deposit is required to confirm reservation.
Final payment is due 60 days in advance.

Check in time is 3PM. Check out time is 11 AM.
Mandatory 10% Cayman Government tax is included in rates.
Housekeeping service is available for a nominal fee through our property manager.
