This second floor one/two bedroom condo is walking distance to the famous St Armands Circle. And just steps to our own private beach. No need to fight for chairs, we own our own along with a tiki hut for shade. Need a drink, go next door to the Ritz Carlton or Helmsley Sand Castle .

The open floor plan features pergo wood floors throughout. The newer kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook, from plastic to glass wine/martini glasses for sunsets at the beach. There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Master bedroom has queen bed and tv for night time viewing. There are two large closets for storage and a dresser and chest of drawers for clothing. All linnen and towels are provided.

There are two eating areas. One in the kitchen and one on the lanai area to watch the waves or sunsets.

The second sleeping area has a twin bed for visiting quest or snoring husbands. In addition there is a queen pull out.

Wireless Internet keeps you connected to home.

This condo is just what you need to enjoy a stay in Paradise. Best suited for a quiet couple. As per Assoc Rules: No pet, children or smoking.

Prefer monthly tenants Sept-October $1100 per month.

Jan-March $3,400 discount if three months

April is 2,400

November and December $1,500 per month.

Weekly considered at $100 per night SEVEN NIGHT MINIMUM!

$350 deposit on all months with $95 deducted for departure cleaning.

Monthly installment must be paid duing lease until paid in full 60 days before arrival.
