There is no other beach more beautiful. Come see our new white sand a collect our many beautiful shells. Watch the dolpin play during the day and the sunsets by night.
This second floor one bedroom condo is walking distance to the famous St Armands Circle. And just steps to our own private beach. No need to fight for chairs, we own our own along with a tiki hut for shade. Need a drink, go next door to the Ritz Carlton or Helmsley Sand Castle .
The open floor plan features wood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook, from plastic to glass wine/martini glasses for sunsets at the beach. There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal.
Living room features a new wall hung flat screen ( not pictured) as well as a blu ray.
Master bedroom has queen bed with new pillow top mattress and flat screen tv for night time viewing. There are two large closets for storage and a dresser and chest of drawers for clothing. All linen and towels are provided.
Stacked washer and dryer complete the comfort of this home.
In addition there is a queen pull out and twin on lanai area
Internet keeps you connected to home.
This condo is just what you need to enjoy a stay in Paradise. Best suited for a quiet couple.

April and May are $ 2,500
November and December $2,000 per month.
Summer months $2000 month or $850 per week.

$250 deposit with $100 deducted for cleaning.
There is a $50 Association fee deducted from deposit
Monthly installment must be paid duing lease until paid in full 60 days before arrival.
