Great Family Cottage 200 yrds from Private Beach in Dennis Port

This beautiful cottage is perfect for family fun and relaxation.  House has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.  There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with twin beds, one with a queen-sized bed.   There is a full bathroom downstairs with a tub and shower.  Also downstairs is a family room and a fully stocked kitchen.  There is a sliding glass door off of the kitchen that leads to a large deck that is perfect for morning coffee and cookouts.  Upstairs there is a Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, full bathroom with a shower and a deck with stairs that lead down to the lower deck.  There is a second bedroom upstairs with twin beds and sliding doors that lead to another large deck.  Outside there is an outside shower, a picnic table, lawn furniture, a hammock and a swing.

There is a TV , VCR, DVD player and telephone in the family room.  The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans and silverware.  There is a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and microwave.  In the basement there is a  washer and a dryer.  There is also a gas grill. The house is cleaned by a professional cleaning service in between each rental.

The private beach is less than 200 yards from the house.  There are public beaches on either side of the private beach.  At one of the public beaches there are swings for kids to play on.  Within walking distance there are a few restaurants and a convenience store.  Within a short driving distance, there are numerous restaurants, grocery stores, shops a movie theater, bike trails and golf courses.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with a weekly rate of $1975.
