Casa de Julia~WIFI & LAUNDRY~family friendly in San Francisco

The flat is located in one of San Francisco's best neighborhoods, Noe Valley. This is a very safe, quiet, walker & child friendly neighborhood.  In Noe Valley you don't have to worry about being in a bad location while coming home late at night-you are safe. 

The lower flat is 1000 square feet & has 2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom.   

When you first walk in the door you will enter the formal dining room with a large dining table and seating for up to 6 guests.

Next you have the large living area, which is a double sized room half with a comfy sofa, flat screen 37" tv with digital cable (HBO, Encore & Starz)and a lounge chair with ottoman. The other side has a large daybed with trundle, which can be used as additional seating in the living room and/or for extra sleeping space.  The daybed has a twin mattress on top and a pull out trundle bed with a twin mattress underneath & can sleep 2 comfortably.

The front bedroom has a queen sized bed with a soft rug under foot, soothing blue walls, a dresser and good sized closet.  This room can sleep two adults.

The back bedroom has a queen sized bed also, two nights stands with lamps, soft area rug, soothing paint color, a dresser and smaller closet.  This room can also sleep two adults.

The bathroom has all new flooring, paint, vintage styled subway tile, tub, low flow toilet & vanity. The rest of the house is covered in beautiful newly refinished hardwood floors with cozy area rugs for comfort, designer paint in calming colors, comfortable furniture for lounging, new window treatments & light fixtures all complete the picture.

The entire house is comfortable and serene with forced air heating system to take the edge off on those chilly San Francisco nights.  

We provide all bed linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, glasses & cups.  There is a full size gas stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker & microwave.  We also provide digital cable with HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Encore & Starz as well as free WIFI.

In addition to our lower unit we have an upper unit with the same 1000 square feet. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and views-since it is on the 2nd floor.  If you like what you see at Casa de Julia you will love our 2nd floor rental "Casa Feliz".   Casa Feliz sleeps 4 persons max and is not suitable for small children or physically challenged persons-there are about 20 stairs leading up to the front door.  Please check out our ad on vacationrentals.com #29839

both of our flats are located in Noe Valley which is a highly regarded neighborhood known for being very safe & being one of the sunnier neighborhoods in San Francisco.  People in Noe Valley love to walk & there is plenty of public transportation easy available just a short distance away.  The streets are lined with beautiful Victorian houses everywhere you turn.  There are a lot of children in Noe Valley and our flat is 3 blocks from the main street where all the "action" happens.  There are dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, a chocolatier, bagel shops, florists, clothes shopping, ice cream parlors, ethnic stores, a chocolatier, book stores, jewelry stores, children's clothing and toy stores & a few pubs.  This is all just 3 blocks walk from our flat.  Noe Valley is a warm & inviting neighborhood that is a world unto itself.

We are also just 8 blocks walk to the center of the Castro neighborhood. The Castro is a lively vibrant area full of interesting shops, eateries & endless people watching opportunities.

We do not provide private parking, but we are in a residential area that does not have parking meters, does not require parking permits & does not have 2 hour parking limits.  Street parking is free.

If you are of the public transportation persuasion have no fear-we are 3 blocks walk to a main bus line-24 Divisadero as well as 4 blocks walk to the trolley car line and both will take you to all the major destinations in San Francisco either directly or by transfer.

The house comes fully outfitted with pots, pans, utencils, dishes, bath towels, bed linens, evern dishwashing liquid...we offer free WIFI, digital cable with HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Encore & Starz.

We also have available a JPMA certified crib as well as a booster chair for your childs comfort.  These items area available free of charge, just let us know what you need and it will be ready for you upon arrival.

There is a laundry facility in the basement of the house.  The basement is accessed through the yard and is shared with the upstairs rental.

We are 3 blocks walk to restaurants, shopping, cafe's & public transportation as well as a newly build Whole Foods organic market on 24th Street.

Fall Season September 7, 2012 to November 16, 2012:

$190.00 per night

$1225.00 per week 

$4300.00 per month (cleaning fee included)

4 night minimum required on all stays during this period, cleaning fee is $75.00.

Holiday Season November 17, 2012 to January 3, 2013:

$220.00 per night

$1490.00 per week

$5200.00 per month (cleaning fee included)

5 night minimum required on all stays during this period, cleaning fee is $75.00.

All stays require a 5 night minimum unless otherwise indicated on rates page or on special advertisement.

All stays are charged a $75 non refundable cleaning fee as well as either a $300.00 fully refundable security deposit or a non refundable $39.00 damage waiver fee be paid to cover any possible damage.

In order to reserve your dates we would require receipt of a $150.00 deposit to hold your dates with the balance being due 45 days prior to your arrival date.

MONTHLY RENTALS:

A monthly rental is based on a 28 night or longer stay.  Monthly rental prices include the cleaning fee -security deposit must be paid.  Weekly housekeeping servcice is provided with all monthly rentals.

Monthly rental price is $4300.00-$4900.00 per month flat fee-depending on season & size of the party.

Payment option: We can accept credit cards through Paypal (4% fee for Paypal usage) or vacationrentals.com billing system (4% fee for vacationrentals.com billing).  You can pay by personal check if you are in the US. or Canada (no fee). If you are outside of the U.S. we accept Paypal & vacationrentals.com billing (4% fee) as well as Western Union payments (no fee).
