Ocean and beach views from your spacious terrace! Enjoy sunrise over the Atlantic and sunset over the Intercoastal. Beautiful, designer furnished 650 sq. ft. L-shaped studio in the premier Wave resort. Comfortable queen size bed and queen sofabed for overnight guests. Cable TV, DVD and VCR and broadband internet service in the apartment. Elegant dining table with dimmer-controlled lighting for a romantic dinner for two.This elegant building boasts a state of the art gym where you can work out with spectacular views of the ocean; multiple community rooms including the Ocean Room with huge TV, Billiard Room, Aerobics Room and Club House. The lobby is breathtaking with it's expansive marble floors and mahogany concierge desk, which is manned 24hrs. a day. Valet parking is included in your rental. The service staff in the building is exceptional.
The location is the best in South Florida. The Wave is just next door to the new Trump Hollywood. Situated between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, it's a 15-20 minute drive to South Beach or to Ft. Lauderdale Airport. An excellent shopping plaza for all you may need is on Hallandale Blvd., just 5 minutes away.
The white sand beach has been named one of the top ten beaches in the U.S. Uncrowded at any time of the day or year, there are palm trees with occasional parrots in them, seagulls and nesting turtles during season. The building supplies an assortment of chaise lounges on the beach for your use.
There is a beautiful Olympic size heated pool surrounded by tables and chairs and lounges, a great place to meet other guests. There is a beautiful jacuzzi spa as well.
