Rent one of our villas in a beautiful, gated, oceanfront resort community, The Island Club, on Hilton Head Island. The Island Club is a picturesque oceanfront resort located on the quiet north end of Hilton Head Island.

Take a short stroll down the path to the beach and the warm ocean and soft sand awaits. The waters off of Hilton Head Island are usually very gentle, making it an ideal place for families with children. There are lifeguards on duty from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during swimming season.

Hilton Head Island has strict buiding codes in place, enabling our community to maintain a natural appearance and protect our many animal friends. Our beaches are unlike any others on the east coast: peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Often, you can see dolphins frolicking yards away from shore.

Our Villas

We have TWO villas you can choose from:

VILLA 139 has a wonderful wrap-a-round, pleasant balcony that overlooks the same large lagoon that our other villa overlooks.

The villa sleeps 4 people and features wood flooring, carpet, and ceramic tile. It has a spacious master bedroom, complete with a very comfortable king size bed and a master bath.  This bedroom has a TV, VCR, and a clock radio.

There is also a 1/2 bath in the foyer, which really comes in handy if there are more than 2 people staying there! Many of the condos on the island don't have this wonderful feature!

The living area has a Lazy Boy queen sleeper sofa with the Air Mattress Sleep System which makes for a very comfortable bed for two. There is a nice-size color TV and DVD player, as well as a supply of books for your reading pleasure.

There is a very nice glass topped table in the dining room that will seat 4. Extra dining space is provided at the bar dividing the kitchen and dining room. The newly renovated kitchen features Corian countertops.

All you will ever need is here: washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, refigerator and freezer, stove, coffee maker, blender, microwave, 4-slice toaster, a generous assortment of dishes, pots, and pans. We keep beach chairs in the hall closet for your use and enjoyment along with an assortment of fun sand toys for children (big and small children alike). We provide FREE Wi-FI as well!

VILLA 118, a second floor (top floor) unit, has a pleasant balcony that overlooks a large lagoon. Just past the lagoon is a small window view of the ocean, though during the summer season trees sometime interfere.

The villa sleeps 4 people, and features carpet with ceramic tile in the foyer and kitchen. It has a spacious master bathroom, complete with a very comfortable king-size bed and master bath. This carpeted bedroom comes complete with a color TV, VCR, and a clock radio.

There is also a 1/2 bath in the foyer. The living area has a Lazy Boy queeen sleeper sofa with the Air Mattress Sleep System, which makes for a very comfortable bed for two. There is a nice-size color TV and DVD player, as well as a supply of books for your reading enjoyment.

All you will ever need is here: washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee maker, blender, counter mixer, built in microwave, dishwasher and a generous assortment of dishes, baking pans, muffin pan, mixing bowls, skillets, a griddle, and silverware. We provide FREE Wi-Fi as well. There is even a set of beach chairs and also great beach toys for children that we keep at the condo for your use.

We also provide a small start-up of supplies for you (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar soap, liquid hand soap, packet of Tide/dryer sheet, bottle of dish soap, a packet of dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, a roll of paper towels, and a small basic first aid kit). For your convenience, there are nearby grocery stores as well as a Wal-Mart. We can also arrange to do all of your shopping ahead of time for you and have everything purchased and put away for you by the time you arrive ($25/hour plus cost of purchases, $7.00 gas fee).

Site amenities include free Wi-Fi, world-class beach, freshwater lagoon, fishing (fresh and saltwater), a large 3-tiered outdoor pool (includding a tanning shelf), indoor and outdoor spa, kiddie pool, 9 tennis courts (all weather and clay surface), state of the art gym/health center, basketball court, oudoor grill & picnic areas, summer children's activities, gated community and 24 hour security.

The Island Club has just completed a total renovation of the pool area (completely new pools were installed). The pool area is the nicest on the island! It has a tri-level design, which defines 3 seperate areas and pools. the top level is a tanning deck where the chaises actually sit in about a foot of water. there is also a jacuzzi on this level. the main level is the adult pool, which is complete with a beautiful stack-rock wall with fountain. There are both shaded areas as well as sunning areas at this level. The lower level features a kiddie pool, which has a walk-in ramp and an overhead umbrella fountain/shower. There are also plenty of chaise lounges on this level. All pools are heated and use salt for purification. This method is easier on hair and swimsuits than chlorine and is considered new technology.

The resort has regular activities during the summer season for children. There are also a number of activity options for families. We provide a book of activity ideas in the condo and also on our website.

We own and manage the leading nanny service on the island - Hilton Head Nannies. When you rent from us during the summer vacation season at the $825 rate, you will receive a free evening of childcare (3 hours for up to 2 children). For those of you without children, receive a giftcard to a local, popular restaurant.

Rates include routine cleaning upon checkout. Daily maid service is available upon request for an extra fee.

Weekly rates are for Saturday-Saturday. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11 a.m.

A deposit of $200 by credit card is required to make a reservation. The remaining balance is charged to the credit card on file 20 days out from the reservation.
